Two ways to join
Partners work on agreed tasks matched to their expertise: engineering, software, finance, sales or company development. MRG coordinates priorities across the portfolio, so you may support one company for a period and another later. Some partners also help build MRG itself.
This is an ownership-based partnership. Your contribution builds an ownership position in MRG, connecting your work to the long-term value of the group. The Junior and Senior tracks reflect experience and specialist competence.
Junior Partner
For students, graduates and early-career professionals.
Annual contribution: 100 hours of agreed work.
Senior Partner
For experienced specialists, executives and industry professionals.
Annual contribution: 50 hours of agreed work.
Ownership Journey
Partners earn one annual partner unit by completing their agreed contribution for the year, under the partner agreement.

Partner-owned and divided across earned units. With 75 units, each represents 1% of MRG. Eligible proceeds, including from company sales, are distributed proportionally.
