The Concept
Mpact Resource Group AS is a partner-based competence and development company connected to a portfolio of companies within renewable energy, energy infrastructure, solar technology and engineering.
The structure is practical: each partner contributes with the competence they already have. An engineer may contribute with technical assessments, product development, calculations, documentation, project follow-up, supplier dialogue or technical specifications. A finance professional may contribute with budgets, analysis, reporting and financial structure. A person with experience in programming or AI may contribute with system development, automation or digital tools. A marketing or communication professional may contribute with content, LinkedIn, visual profile, positioning and visibility.
Each partner contributes where their competence creates value.
The work is connected to concrete needs in the portfolio companies, not to general participation or passive involvement.
Mpact Resource Group AS functions as a common competence and development environment for the portfolio. The companies will have different needs at different stages. Mpact Solar AS may need technical support for the development of solar solutions for transport. Bluewave Solar AS may need assistance with product development, documentation or control systems. Energipark AS may need support related to the development of solar parks and energy infrastructure. Viridi AS may need help building structure around its engineering model.
Partners are connected to specific tasks where their competence matches the needs of the companies. Mpact Resource Group AS coordinates this work by collecting needs, assigning tasks, following up progress and documenting contributions.
All partners must contribute a minimum of hours per month. These hours must be used on actual value-creating work, such as technical work, analysis, development, project work, finance, structure, marketing or other relevant operational tasks. Owner meetings, board meetings, general internal meetings and travel time do not count as contribution hours.
Each partner records hours and briefly reports what has been done. This gives the company an overview of who contributes, what has been delivered and where value is being created. The reporting is important because ownership in the model is linked to active participation.
Mpact Resource Group AS is governed by its partners. The partners decide how the company is organised, how work is prioritised, how much effort each person chooses to contribute beyond the minimum requirement, and how the company’s profit and value development are distributed within the agreed ownership model.
This means that the model is not controlled by external consultants, passive investors or a traditional employer structure. The partners themselves build the company, manage the company and define how contribution, ownership and value sharing are handled.
When a person becomes a partner, they become a co-owner of Mpact Resource Group AS with 1 share each. Mpact Resource Group AS is intended to hold ownership positions in companies within the Multifag Holding structure. This means that partners do not only contribute to one isolated company, but become part of a broader structure connected to several companies within renewable energy, energy infrastructure and engineering.
The ownership model is not based on passive participation. Ownership is connected to work, competence and execution capacity. Partners who contribute more than the minimum requirement may, over time, have the opportunity to build a larger ownership position through increased contribution or through the purchase of shares, depending on the agreed structure.
For a professional partner, this means using their own expertise on real company-building tasks while participating in the value created through the structure. The partner is not an external consultant or a passive shareholder, but an active contributor and co-owner in a company built to develop several businesses over time.
The model can be summarised in three steps:
You contribute with what you are good at.
You work on concrete tasks connected to real companies.
You take part in the ownership and value structure you help build.
