Mpact Solar is a Norwegian technology company focused on integrated solar energy solutions for transport, logistics and maritime operations. The company operates at the intersection of solar energy, battery technology, refrigerated and frozen logistics, fleet operations and digital documentation.
We target transport companies, logistics operators, bodybuilders, cargo owners, maritime operators and other businesses that want lower energy consumption, better control and more sustainable operations.

Our concepts
1. Solar energy for refrigerated and frozen transport
Refrigerated and frozen transport requires energy throughout the entire value chain. As refrigeration units become electrified, energy management, battery capacity and charging requirements become an important part of daily operations.
Mpact Solar develops solutions where solar panels are integrated on trucks, box bodies or trailers to produce energy directly on the vehicle. This energy can help reduce the load on the battery, lower the need for external charging and provide better operational margins throughout the working day.
The solution can be combined with batteries, electric refrigeration and freezer units, and smart control for monitoring energy, temperature and operations. This gives the transport operator better control of the cold chain and a stronger basis for documentation towards customers, cargo owners and recipients.
The solar panels are not intended to replace all charging, but to serve as a profitable and documentable energy contribution. Actual performance depends on the vehicle, available solar surface area, route, season, operating hours, temperature requirements and energy demand.
2. AI-based control unit
Solar panels deliver the greatest value when the energy is used correctly. That is why Mpact Solar is developing an AI-based control unit that connects solar panels, batteries, electric refrigeration and freezer units, and digital vehicle data.
The control unit is designed to collect and analyse data on temperature, battery status, solar production, energy consumption, door events, position, route and operating conditions. This provides a basis for real-time monitoring, deviation alerts and documentation of the cold chain from loading to delivery.
Using artificial intelligence, the system will be able to calculate expected energy demand, assess available solar production, analyse weather and route data, and recommend smarter use of battery capacity, charging and refrigeration.
The goal is to reduce energy consumption, strengthen operational reliability and give the transport operator a better decision-making basis throughout the working day.

Viridi is still in an early phase, but the ambition is clear: to build a strong engineer-driven company with high professional quality, low administrative overhead and real ownership for the technical specialists.

Energipark is a Norwegian company developing solar energy solutions for commercial buildings.
We turn unused roof space into local energy production by installing and operating solar panel systems on industrial, logistics, office and commercial properties.
Our solutions help property owners and tenants reduce energy costs, improve the use of existing buildings and strengthen their environmental profile.
Our concept
Solar energy on commercial rooftops
Many commercial buildings have large roof areas that can be used for clean, local power production.
Energipark develops, finances, installs and operates solar energy systems through long-term agreements with property owners. The electricity produced can be used directly by the businesses in the building.
This gives tenants access to locally produced renewable energy, while property owners can increase the value and attractiveness of their buildings.
Long-term value creation
Energipark builds each project around the building’s energy use, roof capacity and technical conditions.
